Fast delivery, excellent customer service. The looks of the pocket watch are definitely what I expected.

Got the wrong item and it’s been almost 3 months communicating (I use that word very loosely) with the care team and haven’t gotten anything resolved! I’m over it, frustrating and frankly pissed!

How exactly what my hand made it easy to find easy to customize

Super easy customization process with perfect options. Cannot wait to see the final product. Update: WOW! Customized order, delivered within 5 days, and the necklace exceeded my expectations. This is a gift, and they are going to lose their mind.

Was very user friendly although it makes you completely restart if the website doesn’t load quick enough. Took me 6 attempts to purchase.
