The salesperson recommended the Achilles support pad for my Plantar Fasciitis, but once the pkg was opened, there is no mention of any use other than Achilles Tendon. We are not to place the pad on the bottom of the foot. But that's where I need the support. I will keep it & use it for my P.F. anyway.

I don't know quite where to start. There is obviously a lack of communication between our ergonomic specialists and the AliMed "customer service" representative Lexi Crump. Suffice it to say that Lexi treated our "transaction" in quite an unprofessional manner. I am frankly shocked. Bristol-Myers Squibb is not some corner store. I was told the price of the arm pads ordered through our Ariba System was $34.99. I received my first email from Lexi indicating there was an additional charge for shipping - $9.99. Once the PO was modified to accommodate this shipping charge, I was then told the price of the arm pads was This is my email to Lexi after investigating how to increase the PO to accommodate the unknown shipping charge: "Hello Lexi: Your message below was investigated thoroughly to find a solution. After contacting the appropriate team, here is their response: Please be informed that the supplier can still submit their invoice adding the shipping charge thru ARIBA without this being indicated in the Purchase Order. They can add additional charges when they submit this thru ARIBA. So please process the order, including your shipping charge, as instructed above Lexi. Thank you - Debbie Lexi's response: "After having a conversation with Alimed’s accounting representative for Bristol Meyers Squibb, we have decided that we need to stick to the current policy. There have been too many instances over the years where BMS will not pay our invoices because pricing doesn’t match, and they “say” they weren’t notified, therefore, we cannot accept purchase orders until the updated changes have been made in Ariba. I personally provided a shipping charge list to a BMS buyer last year, and will provide that again in this email chain for ease of ordering in the future. If you have any more questions on this, please let us know!" All I know is that the entire experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I have never, in 21 years of ordering supplies for BMS Treasury, have I ever dealt with such a situation.

Everytime I try and order products for my office I have issues with having an account or not, and pricing. I just want to be able to order products from you at a reasonable price so I can resell in my office. It usually takes three or four calls from my office, which takes away from patient care. I would like to order Accomodaters and cork insoles from you but your pricing is higher than me purchasing from another dealer. Lastly just ordered an afo in black and received a white one. I am a solo practitioner tying to stay afloat...can you help me out?????????
