I ordered an AFO after discharge from SNF post-stroke, wrong size delivered, called and ordered what was correct size and paid for both, obviously, when ordered. When returning first wrong size, this company required that I not only pay the postage to receive it but also to send it back. We're talking about $50. For a homebound retired nurse, $50 is a chunk of change. I know AliMed isn't Amazon, but I have to say i am disappointed in that. Particularly since the first one came in disarrayed packaging and poorly packed. I put the box back together with serious tape, but, well, you get the idea.

Charges never made it to the credit card. Had to keep calling to find out why charges did not show up on expense report. Finally after sixth call was told system was down and I had to resubmit credit card info. Not sure about doing that and hope that I am not charged twice.

even one star is too many Horrible horrible company Did not get my order on time, had to call them and they kept transferring me around until finally someone told me that my item just got shipped, on a day I was expecting it to arrive. I ordered on 9/19 and they just shipped it on 10/3 and didn't even bother to send me an email saying that there is some sort of delay in their shipping. UNACCEPTABLE It is so sad that they run a business that deals with health but they are so careless and inconsiderate about people's health
