AliMed also sells their products through Walmart.com. I recently ordered two products from the site and received two completely different items from AliMed. When I contacted AliMed, account care specialist, Henry Fernandez, blamed Walmart's website as being "completely incorrect in regards to the pricing and the items being advertised". If you're going to offer your products through a third party website like Walmart.com, the accuracy of the item listings is 100% your responsibility. Alimed offered to sell me the products I wanted for significantly higher price than what was advertised on Walmart.com. I arranged return shipment. It's been 13 days since they received the return, and I still haven't received my refund. This reflects extremely poorly on their customer service. I've had to proceed to open a dispute with PayPal about my order. The incorrect products were also still available on Walmart.com two weeks after I ordered. I've seen other companies do a much better job to make right for the customer when the company is 100% responsible for the mistake. Alimed failed to deliver and now I'm chasing to get my money back from their mistake.

The customer service at Alimed was very friendly. But the product did not work as described and quite honestly, every time we called, we were told we needed to purchase another piece of equipment. Still, it did not work. We ended up sending everything back after waiting over 1 week for a mailing label to be processed and emailed to us. Every one was friendly but ultimately it was a big fail and we bought a different product from a different company.
