Aphasia pocket notebook don't purchase
Extremely slow delivery. Quality of item purchased was less than advertized for an aphasia pocket size notebook. Cost of item too expensive for less than acceptable merchandise. Canceled remaining items ordered. Will not purchase from them again. Customer service polite.

Shop here at your own peril
Over a month wait for delivery and then it was the wrong size .. when returned there is a 20% restocking charge and two month wait to get your refund oh if you had unwrapped your item it will not be returnable .... buy here at your own peril

Ridiculous policy
I ordered a splint for my finger. My OT measured me and we ordered the appropriate size based on the size chart. The splint was too big. Their return policy is absolutely ridiculous. Can’t return if opened (how would I know it was the right size unless I opened it?), and there’s a restocking fee. And, you have to pay to ship it back. Called customer service and spoke to someone very nice who said all the right things. We ordered another splint (smaller). He said since the size was wrong, they should be able to take it back even though it was opened and I wouldn’t be charged a restock fee. I also said that I shouldn’t have to pay shipping to return, and he agreed.... I received the email to return it the next day and it said the same thing about their policy (can’t be open, etc).. and no free shipping return. I called him again and he said all the right things again, and that I would receive another email. Never got another email. So the 19.99 splint I needed ended up costing me $60 (2 splints plus shipping for both) since I couldn’t get the wrong sized one returned.

Thank you for your great service. I ordered straps for my brace and they got lost in the mail. I called your company and in 3 days they were at my door. no charge or shipping charge. I will do business with your company again.
