My current account rep (Nancy) gets a 5+ rating. Previously, I wasn't given the correct information on a product I was purchasing for the first time. Patients from the Dr.'s office were not happy, and it made me look bad. I then got Nancy as my account rep. She did the research necessary to provide the Dr.'s office with the correct product and sizing. It took awhile (about two weeks) to get everything corrected, but it was a disaster. (far worse than I knew) Nancy is what customer service should be about.
