I started out with another company and they never delivered. Then I decided to go with AlignerCo. I ordered the impressions, submitted the impressions, they communicated a time to assess, I received the previews, I approved, they gave a timeline to manufacture, they communicated shipment, and they were received. Everything communicated to me was handled just like they said. Almost through step one and I noticed they have just the right amount of pressure. I wear mine more than 22 hours per day and you get used to them pretty quick. I like chewing crushed ice but you can’t do that with these in. LOL Looking forward to the outcome and it’s neat to look at your future steps to see exactly how your teeth will be progressing. Well worth the investment. And wife’s were ordered last week.

My every need has been given attention thus far

I'm on my 3rd week wearing aligners and I have to say so far so good, the 1st full week my mouth was really sore then after that it got better nothing some ibuprofen, dental wax and sleep can't fix. Customer service is pretty quick with answering questions and the cost is affordable compared to competitors. I feel I made the right choice but will definitely know at the end of my journey.
