You get what you pay for
So initially I was very excited and pleased. However, I am now on my last tray for my top teeth and my left front tooth has tilted and I have a gap where I did not have one. I am now being referred to an orthodontist where I am going to have to pay for Invisalign. I have been trying to get a response from align co but the replies have been slow and they recommended that I have my left front tooth shaved. The dentist I went to did not agree. So now my 2 front teeth that were once straight with no gap are crooked with a gap. Not happy.

The process from start to finish of…
The process from start to finish of getting my Aligners did take quite a while, not really any fault of AlignerCo, but that would be my only complaint. I am a week in of Step 1 and I have been very satisfied. I had invisible Aligners from a much more expensive company about 10 years ago and I cannot tell a difference in quality at all. It has taken several days for them to stop hurting, but I know that’s part of the process. So far, I have been pleased. The customer service is great and you can not beat the price.

Great experience
Since the beginning of treatment, working with Alignerco and my smile specialist has gone well! Whenever I have any questions, Ele has been able to get back to me in a timely manner. I'm currently on my first set of aligners and hope to finish my treatment within 9 months!
