The absolute worst customer service ever! I purchased the package January 2022, have done 3/4 impressions while on video with a rep and each time the aligners did not fit. For my last impressions they just gave up and sent me the entire set of 13 aligners and when I told them they didn’t fit they asked for pictures and more pictures and then told me they fit just fine. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund but they refused. I basically just discontinued contact and cut my losses. I would 0% not recommend.

After "completing" the full treatment cycle. I found that my bottom front teeth were not straightened as promised. Additionally, the bottom retainer cracked upon the first use. I contacted customer support and after over a week of run around, they agreed to provide me with an adjustment retainer. For $200! They did not fulfill their agreement and then had the nerve to try and charge me an additional $200 to fix their shortcoming. Additionally, they never replaced the broken retainer. Never do business with them! They don’t stand by their promise then tell you that you need additional retainers to wear for an additional 6 months to prevent teeth creeping back into their original configuration. That's an additional $600.00. This is a very dishonest company and terrible customer service.
