Mouth trays were too big. They sent new smaller trays asap.

Zero stars!!!!!! Horrible fraudulent company. They do not have any dentists on staff. They lie and try to bribe you when you don’t get promised results set in your treatment preview. Run as far as you can from this company. Their aligners are subpar junk that do not work! They do not have any professionals there to oversee your case. I believe they have another company Aligner32, so run from them as well! They do not work in the US. And “James”, “Ele”, or any other fake names used, do not reply here with an I’m sorry and and to contact you because as you know, we have been in contact with each other and no fix!! Just, lies, bribery, and you being condescending! 2 years with this company and still no results. Only tell you to give them MORE money to fix what they didn’t do!! They promise results that never deliver then want $200 more to do again and get nowhere again! Then tell you they’ll discount that $200 if you remove negative comments!

ALIGNERCO aligners are very affordable. the steps are easy to follow and I have had great results.

I have straightened my teeth with Aligernco in 2020. My teeth needed more work and James from Alignerco has been extremely helpful. They have been very thorough and always had good communication.

Easy process, a noticeable change in my smile, very pleased with the results and was cost effective.

My requests are repeatedly ignored, as I write this in mid-January 2023, my last bi-directional interaction with Alignerco was about 5 months ago in August 2022. I have been left with new open contacts (teeth that do not touch) following treatment that were not present before I started treatment way back in the summer of 2020. Alignerco had moved these teeth as indicated in the movement record form during the initial treatment - and produced a "refinement" treatment (despite having a digital scan of my mouth) that completely failed to address this main concern. The lack of customer service needs to be exposed - no consumer should be subject to this sort of behavior

I used the regular SmileAdvantage plan to close a minor gap in the front and straighten my teeth. The fit of the retainers was fine, I didn't have any issues with the sets that were sent to me. Even though my focus was on the upper teeth, I received fewer retainers for the top than the bottom which was unexpected. The disappointing part was that the gap in the front was larger than it was in the beginning and obviously did not align with the preview that was sent to me. When I asked Alignerco about the bigger gap, the response was that they could send me more retainers for an additional charge of $250. Because my main motivation was to close the gap, I decided to pay and start the whole process again. After another 8 sets of aligners, the gap was finally smaller. Overall, it felt like the initial promise was not kept and every opportunity to get more money from customers was used. For example, when I received my new set of aligners, I realized that it only came with one set of retainers instead of the initially purchased 3 retainers. If I lose my only set of retainers, I will have to pay another $250 to get a new pair. Those details make it a very frustrating experience.

I was treated exceptionally well with many queyans conveaens my chat experience solves them all and had me order my first set of aligners as I will employ my loved ones . Great job guys !
