This is my first time using this company and Ele was very helpful in the chat. Other sites it is just a bot, but talking to Ele was very helpful in choosing the right plan and getting everything processed. I hope the service continues to be this good as I continue on my teeth alignment journey!

Mr. Jay Smith was extremely patient with me even though I'm a little dumb and worked with me and talked me through everything I needed to do gave me time periods for when I will get my aligners and was all around extremely good and he should be getting a raise and be left alone by his manager

UNABLE TO CLOSE MY TEETH. Run! GO somewhere else! Alignerco has left my canine top, completely lined up to my canine bottom. Point to point and unable to close my teeth. I am unable to chew properly. I am in pain. I have been in contact with them, sent photos. Their 'specialist' says it has come along nicely. (WHAT?) Is this where they planned on me being? My teeth fit perfectly into their final retainer they sent me. So, yes it is. So now they want me to become "a new case" They keep on saying this. When my original treatment has not been completed. And of course they try to upsell me. For $250 more, they will try to fix the mess they made. Well I am in pain, and already paid a lot to them. Most of the aligners seem to do not movement. They asked me at the beginning what I wanted to fix. Dont answer it! That will probably be the one they dont. So they can string you along later. Terrible response times. WASTE OF MONEY AND YOUR TIME WEARING THEM.. And, you could end up like my teeth. My dentist and hygienist say they should do something before I end up with permanent jaw damage. But all they do is no replies for long periods of time, say the same thing, ask for more money. Very suspicious of the large spread of good reviews to bad. The good ones must be bots
