I like that the agent was very aware of my treatment and gave me good guidance in what to do next. I understand that they need to sell products, but I felt it a bit pushy at the end of the conversation. I did not appreciate the phrase: "I want you to understand ..." when talking about retainers, as if I was ignorant. I understand the importance of the retainers, I just don't want to make the purchase now. Other than that, the service is good and fast.
