I do not recommend at all…
I purchase these aligners.Customer service was hit and miss I completed the straightening straightening that was explained to me. After a year then I was told I had to purchase more retainers.I was told I only needed eight. Then my teeth would be straightened. So at the end of the eighth retainer.I took it out. One week later I tried to put them in and it was extremely painful. This is 1 year and a 1/2 after purchase. I contacted the company and it took them 4 emails to get a real person to reply. They said that my teeth had moved back to the original position. And I needed to purchase new aligners to start all over again because I wasn't wearing my retainers. Nobody contacted me to tell me that I had to wear the retainers for the rest of my life. Their customer service is complete.Crap you've got a contact them constantly because they either give you wrong information or no information and blame it on you. I do not recommend this company at all!
