*UPDATE 8/29/25* They finally got back to me and are sending a free new plan. Glad they responded — I’ll update to 5 stars if the new plan works out. ————-————————— AlignerCo is an absolute scam. I paid for two full plans, wasted thousands of dollars, and got ZERO results. The aligners don’t even fit properly, they fall apart, and the treatment is impossible to follow. When I complained, instead of fixing their own defective product, they had the nerve to ask me for more money. And then? They just ghosted me completely. No help, no replacements, no refund — nothing. This company is a fraud. They sell you junk, take your money, and disappear. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT trust AlignerCo. I wish I had never given them a single cent

So far everything with my experience has been ok. It does take some time to get everything started. But so far I have no regrets. Will come back after I use a couple of aligned.

I chose teeth straightening to feel more confident in my smile. AlignerCo was the best choice for affordability and convenience. The process has been easy, and the video session was very helpful.

Seems straight forward. Get the box, take impressions (with help over video). Return with the label provided. Wait for aligners. Can’t wait! Looking forward to straight teeth and a new smile.

The instructions were very helpful and clear, as well as the very kind patience Kevin had with me since it was my first time with these impressions.
