🤬 These stupid people. Please do not go with them. They are a scam. They're is a Reddit thread that spans 3 years. They claim to fix your teeth, but when they don't, they tell you that you need a refinement. Don't worry, they will only charge you $299. My last five aligners were the same ones and did not move my teeth. I told them that, and I was told that I need a refinement, even though they have fixed my teeth. I just asked for my underbite to be fixed. Now, after cursing them out, I am still waiting for my refund. I have been offered as much as $2500 from them with my refund, but, I was told I need to sign a non-disclosure agreement. These people are a joke, every person you talk to will say they are the manager and the last person you can talk to. I have been going back and forth with them for over two months. They have ruined my teeth and now im stuck in their aligners because my teeth are now misaligned.

Everything went very well and the chat service with Ele is perfect. I recommend it👌💯

The communication and instructions are terrible.

They clearly do not care about their customers. Poor customer service, etc. What a nightmare. Buyer beware. You have been warned.

*I was asked to update my review almost immediately after posting and miraculously they had my shipping information. I stand by my initial statement below. The customer service is really what makes the company experience subpar* While the service provided has been adequate, customer service and follow up inquiries concerning the product have been awful. After initially purchasing the product it took several emails and about 2 months to receive my aligners. I had to email twice after the manufacturing deadline came and went twice and I still had not received them. If the company would have been proactive in contacting me to let me know the production was behind I would have less complaints. I have the same complaints for my retainers, at this time I have sent over a dozen emails for my retainers. The manufacturer deadline has passed and I had to contact the company again about the issue. I am currently still waiting to hear back when my products will be shipped. If I do not receive them soon I will be asking for a refund of the $800 I paid for the extra retainers.

You delay and delay everything takes forever with you guys. Impression after impression Just send my aligners or send my money back.
