Excellent customer service

Customer service is excellent. The issue I encountered when setting up my subscription on the website was resolved quickly. The treatment I received (as well as the product) convinced me that the company has high standards for their customer service.

What is not to love about Alice Mushrooms, the staff, the ease of communication, the generosity, the products oh my - absolutely have changed my life.

I have tried them for a couple of days at this point and i honestly feel like I just wasted my money. Didn’t feel anything with any of them. Again just a waste of money.

Website is easy to navigate. Order was processed and shipped quickly. I had a follow-up question and response was timely.

From the start your ads are awesome. Fresh, clean, new. Your site is easy to navigate, within seconds of arriving you know where to find what, how to get in touch with someone if need be and how to purchase. Lots of choices for whatever you require your mushrooms to do for you, any need is met. The customer service is where they had me, I emailed in, so amped that I finally decided to order and was met with an actual person emailing me back. 🍄🍄Obviously mushrooms are for everyone, how you decide to consume them is your choice. Alice mushrooms are for you!!

i had a play package and they responded very quickly and handled my situation very well and time efficiently. and they were very nice too

Jess did amazing, she happily helped get me a new order priority shipped to me at no expense, even though the fault was on UPS and not them!
