Smooth and works for selling a lot of shoes

The selling portion has been good. But the fees are a lot. I have been selling here for a while and I feel like my fees never get any lower. I do like the payouts they are seamless. Customer Service is really good as well, Glad to get the questions I need answered. Got to lower those fees.

I would increase the drop off reduction fee from $5 to the $15 to equal what the shipping label would cost you. This would also give incentive for people to drop off within the three day time period. I would also add a $5 bonus if dropped off in one day. This would not only save shipping cost, but the sale would be on its way to to the customer in one day which is fast. i would also ease up on the damaged box qualifications. i have had numerous orders cancelled because of "damaged box" but turned right around and sold on ebay or stockx. These boxes were not badly damaged as they would have been rejected by them as well.

Two step to change price and activate is very time consuming and not efficient. Process changes very slowly.

I have always felt that the pricing and authentication process via GOAT is superior to other sites. I trust their team to authenticate my goods and the turnaround is always quick. The process is also very easy and I appreciate that.

Company tried to cheat me out of money by not paying me out the money I was owed for a promotion that I qualified for and completed. I had to e-mail the company several time and jump through hoops in order to get the payout I deserved. Waste of my time and disrespectful to loyal customers.

steal items, pass fakes, support never gets back to you. terrible marketplace.
