Superb customer service. Fast turn around on verifications.

your verification process, once it is done its done even when you are wrong ive sent shoes with laces and your team claim they dont have them, yet when i receive them back they are in the box yet i get charged $14.95

Legit & wonderful business to be working with, they always try and do the right thing and make sure you’re well taken care of

Fast labels fast payments

Everything is perfect except the customer service. You can’t get any live person on phone or chat. Takes weeks if ever to get a email reply. Horrible customer service. Other than that it’s seamless.

Was super easy of a process and got good return on the shoes I was selling even with consignment!

Overall the experience is great however your fees for selling is outrageous. There needs to be more promotional opportunities to take advantage of a fee reduction. I sometimes go to you competitors because they have better fees and promotional advantages for sellers.

I’ve always sold the payout is better than other platforms and sold few times never had any kind of problem so i would recommend
