Everything is good so far! I just wished the comission gets a little lower as the points of seller goes up, that way we can be more loyal to this platform.

Lower you damn fees. You charge way too much for everything.

The app is confusing and hard to find things when you are selling.

Dropped my seller rating to under 90 over a honest mistake, so I won't be selling on your platform anymore and will only sell on EBay & StockX.

Unfortunately, I found that the inspection did not meet the expected standards of professionalism

It's great place to start your resale side-biz, great communication with the help desk, and selling your authentic apparels, new or used. Only point of improvement would be, better authticity check by the authenticators, I sold a shirt, it was brand new, just without a packaging, it was sent back for being "used product" and lost in the mailing prices by usps (usps is aweful). Other than than, a fantastic resale site.

They rejected a pair of shoes stating that they were “used” but could not tell me WHY they looked used. The pair of shoes were unique and had an unkempt style to begin with. Even in email conversation an agent mentioned that I said the shoes were “only tried on once,” which I NEVER SAID. Now the shoes are sitting in consignment as “used” when they were NEW, which is a huge inconvenience for me and the buyer. This is blatant confusion on your part especially since yall somehow said that I said the shoes were tried on?!? Come on.
