Subject: Urgent: Unresolved Issue Regarding Returned Item and Shipping Fees A situation regarding the sale of an item through your platform. As per your guidelines, I am required to ship the item within 72 hours of the sale. I have always adhered to this requirement and consistently ensure that my shipments are sent on time. Upon the item arriving at your ATL hub facility, your authenticator labeled it as a “Replica.” However, no explanations or proof were provided regarding this claim. In contrast, I have documented evidence proving that my item is authentic and was purchased through an authorized retailer by me. Despite my proof, I was charged a shipping fee and other associated costs due to this claim. To make matters more concerning, I received a tracking number indicating that the item was being returned to me. However, it has been nearly a month, and the item has yet to be received by the courier. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and, unfortunately, have only received what seems to be automated responses. I was informed that you were reaching out to the warehouse for further updates, but it has now been two weeks since I last received any communication on this matter, and the issue remains unresolved.

To much charges, and fees

The structure and flow of how shoes go from seller to consumer is effective and as quick as it can possibly be. Might need to up for change how customer service is done. The support for sellers in my opinion is a little bit lacking and could use some more recourses or a revamp.
