Graciela, We aren't perfect, unfortunately, but we try really hard to avoid mistakes and when they happen we give our 100% attention until its fixed. As you mentioned above we provided you with a paid return label and your correct items are on its way via express. As far as looking for a post office...did you know that if you have the label and box ready you can give it to your USPS mail person from home?
