Great Experience with Bilal and Usman
I booked my Umrah package (Feb. 14- 23, 2025) from AlFahd Travels (I travelled from New York). I must say that initially I was not sure if they were legit or not. I found them from google and was hesitant to proceed with them but after speaking to Bilal and Usman I was comfortable and decided to give them a chance. I must say that they provided excellent customer service. Their arrangement of providing transportation from Jeddah to Mecca and then Mecca to Madina exceeded my expectations. When I was in Mecca, I requested Bilal to modify my itinerary, instead of going to Madina direct, we wanted to make a stop in Badr to do Ziyara. Bilal helped with changing my itinerary within 1 hour and continuously sent me the updates. Their transportation service (which is provided by Besma Transportation) was of high quality. Cars were clean and their drivers were punctual. They took us for Ziyara both in Mecca and Madina and provided very informative information. When I reached Madina, we had an issue with the hotel. We called the hotel services, but they did not respond, then I contacted Bilal and Usman, and Usman took care of our issue right away. He sent their representative to the hotel to discuss the issue with the management and resolved it. To my surprise, the next day AlFahd sent a special driver with the CAKE and with a voucher for 1 hour of free Madina drive. Driver took us to various new places in Madina to show how Saudi govt is expanding the city. It was also a great experience. I must say that I have built good relationships with Alfahd Travels and I would highly recommend them for Umrah packages.
