We love Moiz but our journey wasn’t that great. We did come up with few issues, it was resolved but took away a lot of time. First my sisters visa was incorrect and then the hotel was giving different rooms than what was requested and paid. After after a long flight and get into this issues very frustrating . Moiz was great but his boss was very very rude thanks.
