Alfahd TravelsReviews of alfahdtravels.com

They were very helpful from the start, giving me multiple options for different umrah packages. Through out the process, Odai and Usman were very responsive and always ready to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to any one trying to plan their next Umrah trip.

My family and I had a very pleasant experience arranging our Umra with Odai and Usman. The air and land packages were all delivered professionally and the in country team was very friendly and professional. We also took advantage of the Istanbul option after our Umra, and that was also arranged very well. We would certainly contact them on our next trip.

It was not a good experience at all. They play with words to get the package confirmed, and later they claim certain things were never mentioned in the itinerary. I clearly explained multiple times who would be traveling, how I wanted the wheelchair /rooms/beds/seats arranged, and what I expected from the trip—and I paid for it. Things I asked paid extra for did not matched and what was promised. They pretend to follow up, but eventually they just say, “This is what they mentioned,” regardless of what you actually asked and paid for. Once the payment is done, you’re the one who has to keep following up. Also, “visa on arrival” is not as simple as they make it sound. I would highly recommend getting every detail in writing step by step before making any payment. Otherwise, when problems arise, they will simply ask, “Do you have it in writing?” The things not coming as you asked get you so frustrated and you loose it because of there inconsiderate behavior.

Fantastic experience, everything was planned properly and very smooth experience, any little minor issues were handled professionally and promptly. Our agent Talha was available by phone and text and we were very impressed with his service. We have since come home and recommended this travel company to all of our friends and family.

I recently traveled for Umrah with Alfahd Travels, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The hotel they arranged for us was extremely close to the Kaaba, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. All the arrangements — from flight tickets and visa to transportation between Makkah and Madinah, as well as the airport pick-up — were handled seamlessly. Everything went smoothly without any delays or issues. A special thanks to Odai for his patience and support. He answered all of our questions promptly and always offered practical, solution-focused assistance. I truly appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend Alfahd Travels to anyone planning their Umrah or Hajj trip. 🌟

I am overwhelmed by Alfahd Travels services that they provide. My Umrah journey with my son and 2 Muslim sisters was 💯 perfect, everything was so organized and detailed (transportation, accommodation and communication) was very excellent; I will definitely use Alfahd Travels, and brother Usman again…I am definitely giving him the excellency.

I want to sincerely thank Alfahd Travels and brother Odai for all his hard work in helping me plan my Umrah trip. Although I ultimately ended up booking through another company due to family reasons, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, patience, and dedication. He spent hours searching for the best flights and hotels, customizing the package to my needs, and always responded quickly and respectfully. I could see he genuinely cared about making the experience smooth and memorable for my family. Even though I didn’t finalize my booking with him this time, I would not hesitate to recommend Alfahd Travels to anyone planning Umrah or Hajj. Insha’Allah, I will definitely consider booking with them in the future.

This is one of the best umrah travel agency. Owais was really helpful he set up everything for us and we didn’t have any problem at all. I would definitely recommend to use this agency for sure.
