My service with Alex has been nothing but greatness- Alex and his team are always quick to respond to questions when they arise and are thorough with their responses!! It’s super easy to work with Alex and he can easily make adjustments that help work around personal things going on. I have also never had such a respectful training experience and couldn’t be more thankful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to further their fitness goals.

My experience with Liam has been great! With recently having top surgery, I was excited to get back to the gym and get the rest of my body back on track. Liam’s program has been extremely easy to follow and incorporate into my often very busy lifestyle. Not only am I happy with the physical results I am seeing, I also feel the best I have in years physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have been hitting new PRs in the gym which fuels my confidence to push myself even harder both inside and outside of the gym. Liam prioritizes my mental health over everything else and knows how to switch things up to make them exciting again and not feel like a “chore”. Being three months into the program, I haven’t plateaued, lost the motivation to keep working out, or wanted to quit the program which was a previous struggle for me in different programs. I love check in days because I can see my progress week to week and am beyond excited to see my entire transformation at the end of this. The skills and knowledge I have been learning about food, my body, and my mind are something I will be able to carry with me for the rest of my life. I cannot thank Liam enough for his encouragement and mentorship!

Working with Alex has been truly amazing. His app for food logging and meal planning is user-friendly and has been huge for keeping my nutrition on track. Alex's diverse workout routines keep me motivated and challenged, with each session carefully tailored to my goals. His personalized communication and helpful tips have been invaluable in my progress especially as a trans man learning what my body needs to hit my goals. Plus, his delicious and easy-to-follow meal plans make sticking to my goals a breeze. Overall, Alex's dedication and expertise has made my fitness journey incredibly rewarding. I’ve been a client for almost a year now and it has been the best decision I have made for myself! I wake up every morning excited to start my day with my workout, meals, and everything in between. My favorite thing so far has been meal prepping. I thought it would take me SO long and it really only takes a couple of hours AND I don’t need to cook the rest of the week so I’m saving myself so much more time in the long run. The best decision you can make for yourself is to invest in yourself. I lost 15lbs my first 4-5 months and now I am on a lean bulk, learning how to gain muscle and still feel great while doing so.

Alex Tilinca Coaching has been a game changer for me, especially Coach Dominique. I have had the privilege of watching her put in so much hard work to be where she is that she inspired me to do just the same. She has helped me gain more knowledge on weight lifting, nutrition, and what my body needs to function in a healthy way with the idea that the things I used to do/eat are okay in moderation. If I need an issue, she’s there and provides guidance if I’m having any struggles. Most importantly, she brings me back to reality when I get so hyper-focused on unrealistic standards that social media has influenced people who want to get in shape/lose weight think. Forever grateful for this team and for Dom! ❤️

Alex has been a great coach over the past few years! He is very understanding, flexible, and his pricing is great too! I recommend having him as a coach. I can’t wait to work with him again in the future!

Despite whatever life throws my way whether it’s a move, an injury, or overall health my coach has definitely been a big help. They work with me to ensure I improve whether that be in diet, fitness, or mental. They make sure you are taken care of and if things have to be adjusted they make sure to discuss with you and make adjustments based on lifestyle and progress. Overall have not been disappointed with anything and am appreciative of the effort they put into making sure you meet your goals but also improve overall.
