Clothing StoreReviews of alexander-hampton.com

Good quality

This company took 2 months to get a black sweatshirt to the US. Provided no tracking information. When the sweatshirt finally arrived, it was not as described on the website. It had a fat white zipper going down the front, when the site showed it was all black. It was made of the cheapest material imaginable and it had no brand, care, or material tags on the item or attached to it. They will only offer at 25% refund on an item that was misrepresented, or 100%refun if I ship it back to China - which costs more than the item itself. WTF

The product I bought was as described, the delivery time was a little longer than expected but wroth the delay.

I got my order. I'm done with Hampton crap. no more reply no more orders. y'all are just wrong.

I bought a gold shoe from them .Recieved it on March 30th 2026 I ordered a 10 shoe seems like an 8 I have emailed them no response Shoe came in a zip lock bag PLEASE US BUREAU INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD

I ordered a pair of Sz 9 shoes. What I got seems to be a sz 7. I have sent 3-4 emails from the very day I received the shoes, asking for return instructions and have not received one response. I have a return address in the US. Is this where Im shipping to? Is this company even legit? UPDATE 4/2/26: After about my 4th email I received a response from Anna who asked for pictures if you can believe it, of my foot next to the shoe. I sent 3 pictures. No response. I think if I want to return an item and according to your website I can, why I jumping through hoops?

Don't shop here. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. It took a month to get them, and they look nothing like what I ordered. The quality of the shoes I did get, are worse then temu or shein. The company is a total scam
