SHOPPER BEWARE!! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my Italy trip on Feb 14 and received the product on April 5...that's 50 days later. Website says 4-8 business days. When I received the shoes, the label said men's shoes with no size listed. Of course, they were way too small. They smelled bad and had no support whatsoever. The inside sole was hard and very thin. Walking barefoot on concrete would have been better than this. Customer service offered me a 15% refund and said I could keep the shoes, that don't fit! Said I would have to pay $40 to return the product and once they received the product it would be under review and would have to be approved for a refund. I got nothing but excuses from customer service regarding the shipping delay. I guess I chalk this one up as a loss and lesson learned. Nothing but SCAMMERS & DISHONEST PEOPLE. KARMA is coming!!!

To give even 1 star is way too generous! The shoes I ordered appeared to be great shoes for my feet issues. What I received was vastly different in quality and description in the copy in the advertisement. First they arrived in a bubble wrap bag, no box. Each bag contained a pair, but each shoe was a different size. The inner soles were non-existent, no cushion at all, no arch support. The sole is cheap plastic. Shoes smell musty. I have requested an immediate refund. I called three different customer service numbers, two sounded like disconnected numbers. The last number was answered by a lovely gentleman whose business is selling chainsaws. He stated he is constantly getting calls about clothes and shoes. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I waited 1 month for my project, it fit about 1.5sizes too large and they refused to refund me in full without returning the item at my expense = more than the product itself!!!

My order took roughly a month to arrive. The two pairs of shoes I purchased were not only small compared to normal sizing, but very narrow. I wear size 8 medium and I could barely get these on. Plus the material was weird. It felt almost crinkly (like paper?) as I put my foot. I ordered 2 sweaters. One was merino wool and looked, felt and fit as it should. The 2nd was poor quality. I'm currently waiting for a response on how to return 3 of the 4 items. So far, nothing. The items were not cheap and so I paid extra ($3.99) for shipping protection. I'll update my review when I hear back.

This place is a total rip off! Do not purchase anything! Their items are junk and they want you to send them back to China to get a refund. The shipping is more than you paid. Then they have the nerve to offer a discount of 15% for future purchases! They suck! Update: Their reply is bogus too. I've been talking to their customer support. They did NOTHING. Don't buy their stuff!

If I could I’d give them ZERO STARS!!!! I paid about $130 for 2 pairs of sneakers and they are absolutely GARBAGE!!!! They did not spend $10 making these!!!! Horrible horrible!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
