This company is such a scam! We ordered shoes for our daughter for Christmas, that day came and went without her shoes and with no real help from the “support” email they continue to give out to everyone on here. That so called support came in an email saying it showed delivered and they weren’t responsible for anything further, someone is almost always at our home and nothing from them was delivered (we also have cameras and nothing was taken either). The “support” email said for us to take it up with the post office, but weren’t willing to give us a tracking number to check so that if it truly said delivered we could indeed talk to our post office. The debacle is ongoing with no end in sight nor our daughter’s shoes.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before putting in an order I ordered a pair of boots in the wrong size 8 were too small I Ade a mistake by ooder one but there a different pop behind the order so I let get the cheaper it would not let me take the second pair so I was told it was in transit after trying to take the second pair off in less than 2 or 3 minutes this really not good then I get an emailed the 2 pair wich is the same size 8 order size 9 the order took three weeks or more I pray I get the right size and be refunded for the second pair of shoes!

I ordered a sweater from this company and was wary about them possibly being a slickly presented Chinese company, and I was right! The sweater shipped through an independent courier from China and it wound up taking a tour of the US before arriving in Portland, where I live. After about a week, it somehow got shipped to Indianapolis (!) and then disappeared. The courier then changed the shipping manifest to show delivered in Portland. I contacted AH about this, and they sided with the courier.

Horrible quality. Nothing what the pics looks like. Scam from China. Do NOT waste your money

I got a bunch of colors because my partner adores them all! Haha, thanks AH (ALEXANDER HAMPTON) for doing such a great job and keeping the clothes just the way they are.

Garbage costume clothing. Do not buy. Apparently they don't know the difference between leather and polyester. It's a scam 100%. Don't trust any positive reviews. I wish i would have read the reviews first. Never again

If you order and do not receive your product, immediately file a charge dispute with your bank for a refund. This business is on line fraud. They steal images and falsely advertise high quality. You never receive the merchandise, their shipment carrier is also involved in the fraud. If you email them keep your chain of information. Your response is for me to email the fraud company??!! That’s funny. Been doing that 2 months and the replies are trash. This company doesn’t care about customer service or customers. It’s a fraud all the way around.

Do not buy anything from this sham company!! The shoes I ordered were supposed to be orthopaedic support shoes. First, they were made of such cheap material, didn't look like the picture and smelled very chemically. Second, the insoles were not cushioned or shaped at all, just flat and not orthopaedic at all. Finally, they sent me size 37 as opposed to size 39, so I couldn't even get them on my feet. Absolute waste of money - need to be shut down for consumer fraud.
