Order a jacket for my son - when it arrived the disgusting fishy smell from the jacket hit us first, it’s a shabby, cheap and badly finished excuse for a jacket - stay well clear of this company.

Scammers! Cheap tack from china. Not a legitimate store. Ordered slim chinos in 32” waist and the ones I received were absolutely huge and didn’t even have a sizing label attached to them. They asked for photographic evidence and then said I could have a 15% refund and keep the item or alternatively get a full refund if I return them to china at my expense for $40. The same price as the chinos! I regret not looking at reviews before the purchase as there’s many more just like this one. Beware and avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately the other 1 star reviewers are not exaggerating their issues with this company, picture of order does not match what is sent to customer. It was so cheap and nasty I would not even give it to the charity shop, please do not give this company your business, I was so annoyed I put it in the bin.

EDIT - (DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR PRODUCTS ARE RUBBISH. I offered to keep shoes & accept 50% refund they agreed with this arrangement saving me posting back to China) I too bought these poor quality / fitting ‘orthopaedic’ shoes and am in the process of returning them for a refund. Watch this space I’ll report back on the outcome.

I ordered shoes, advertised as orthopedic, wide toe box, leather, a few days later the company emailed me to complete my order, which I stupidly did. So now I have 2 pairs of the same shoe, not what they advertised at all, no arch support, poor quality all around. I asked to return them, send me the form, was told I could keep them and get 15% of the price,$70.00 each, return them to China and they gave me that address. Also advised me shipping would probably be from $40 to $60. The shoes came in a plastic bag, from a man in New Jersey, so I’m going to send them back to that address and let China know they were sent to me from a US address so no need to send to China, I’ll include a pic of the shipping order/info. I can’t believe these companies, and I’m old enough to know better, but this seems to be the way to shop anymore. Screwed, I don’t know what to expect, but I can’t wait to see what they say.

Wrong size sent. Offered a refund if I ship them back to China. Wasnt aware this was a Chinese company when ordering and so the packaging and quality is as you'd expect. My only option is a 15% refund, ship it back to China or send on a replacement. Obviously it makes zero sense to do anything but replace them, which is what they're counting on. Edit: An update to the saga one month later. The replacement shoes arrived today. Completely wrong colour. Have asked for a refund as I cannot be bothered waiting any longer. Update to follow. Further Edit: “ I’m truly sorry for the bad experience you’ve gone through with your order, especially having to deal with receiving the wrong item twice. I can only imagine how disappointing and frustrating this has been. Even if I genuinely want to do more to make this right, John, I’m unable to take any further action. As per company policy, once a replacement has been issued, it is considered the final resolution, and no additional replacement or refund can be provided. I really wish I had better news to share, and I’m deeply sorry for how this has turned out.” Final edit: received the following, frankly unbelieveable, response: “I’m truly sorry for the bad experience you’ve gone through with your order, especially having to deal with receiving the wrong item twice. I can only imagine how disappointing and frustrating this has been. Even if I genuinely want to do more to make this right, I’m unable to take any further action. I really wish I had better news to share, and I’m deeply sorry for how this has turned out.“ For anyone still reading, they have now changed their name to “Clothing Store” on trustpilot and also changed the website so you are directed to a dead link. If there was any further evidence required that this is a scam site….

If I could give this company a zero and still write the review, I would, but it does not allow zeros here. You have to click one star. So, I ordered a pair of gym shoes and my normal size and they came two sizes to three sizes two large. I emailed the company and they asked for pictures. I only emailed the company to get a return label because they obviously can’t get a size right so why would I exchange? I forwarded immediately pictures of these shoes being far too large and then I receive an email stating for security purposes. They are unable to open any attachments so I ask in the first place. I need to add that it took me nearly a month to get my shoes I would love to send pictures of these huge shoes next to my tiny little foot and screenshots of the correspondence that I received, but this site doesn’t allow it

I received my order and am deeply disappointed in the quality of the item. The website said 'Cashmere'. This sweater is no cashmere. There are no tags indicating what it is made of nor how to care for this item. I ordered a large for an oversized look because I usually wear a small. The sleeves don't even reach my wrist bones. The return policy is also a sham. I will never order from AH again
