I've always had a good experience ordering from Alex & Ani. The bracelets are always really cute, and they come packaged in a little drawstring bag with customizable gift tags. Everything was packaged safely, and the orders have generally arrived on time. Two of my online orders were for gifts, and they were well received! My only qualm is that I would love to see an option to price in Canadian dollars, and to check stock in Canadian locations. However, this has less to do with trust, and more to do with convenience! Delivery has been perfectly fine, so I can't complain.

I was looking for an item and they were out of stock on this item and they sent me a couple of places to check and also sent me a link to Reeds jewelry store which had the item in stock they made it so easy by finding the item for me and by sending me the link I went directly to the store and ordered the braclet that I was looking for it saved me so much time not having to search through hundreds of places that may or may not have had the item they did all the leg work for me they are a wonderful company and I would recommend them to all my friends and family it was a great experience
