I Have ToBe 💯 Honest .... My Husband has purchased so many Alex & Ani Bracelets for different occasions...I cannot even begin to tell you how much money has been spent !!!! Only to be 1000 percent disappointed EVERY SINGLE ONE IS UN WEARABLE THEY ALL TURNED BLACK AND TARNISHED.... I ACTUALLY REACH OUT TO ALEX&ANI CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A SUPPOSEDLY MANAGER... BOTTOM LINE IS I WAS TOLD TOUGH LUCK WE DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT !!!!!! This Made Me Absolutely Furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe a company of their product will not do one thing to help you forget about being reimbursed They are the worse I have ever had dealt with and to be rude on top of it !!!!!!! I wish I could send pictures to let you see the horrible product!!!!! I feel so bad for my husband spending a lot of money on something I have to throw in the trash ..... Oh and yes I’ve tried several different things to clean them with no change ...oh and the manager absolutely had the Gaul to suggest I buy one of their cleaning cloths are you kidding me ..... Please do Your research before purchasing this piece of crap tin jewelry...

save your $$$ and do not buy. I bought two bracelets and both begin to peel and tarnish in just 30 days. I called customer service for a replacement not even a refund and they denied my request...no wonder so many stores are closing with this kind of customer service. I would rate zero stars if I could.

DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP JUNK Product... Looking at the reviews - tell me all I need to know? STAY AWAY Called Customer Service today because a bracelet that I got as a gift (at a corporate event) has tarnished and broke. Yes - I did say it was a gift - this is the key. Why the heck would I have a receipt? I was told without a receipt - there is NOTHING they can do. I've had the bracelet for less than 6 months. The price point on their garbage product is cheap for a reason, it doesn't last and you can't get it replaced if it fails, so I guess they think you will repurchase. NO WAY will I ever repurchase from Alex and Ani. Great business model.

My mother has so many Alex and ani bracelets I decided to get her one for Mother’s Day, hit place Order and it sent me back to change an address as it didn’t match my billing address. But it was a gift so anyway I refilled it out hot place order again and same thing. My husband told me to stop as they may have charged the card. SURE ENOUGH $60 WAS CHARGED FROM HIS DEBIT CARD. Without the order even going through?? I emailed them immediately they got back to me the next day after I sent them the screenshot from my bank account, they asked for the first and last on the debit card so I felt hopeful, HOWEVER!!! I replyed and that was over a week ago now!!! I sent them 4 emails since and nothing whoever tori b. Is she’s terrible will never make this mistake again. BE VERY CAREFUL DURING CHECKOUT!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did

I waited over a year before sending in a review. I wanted to wear my bracelets many times before giving a true review on how they hold up. I'm so disappointed. They are horrible and cheap!! I take very good care of all my jewelry. The Alex and Ani bracelets are all turning colors with the metal peeling. Not just one but all eight of them. If Alex and Ani are not aware of this problem, they should be. If they truly stand behind their product, a warranty longer than the 60 days should be offered. These make wonderful gifts and I loved wearing them but never again. Family and friends have also experienced the same problem.

I’ve ordered twice and had issues with my orders arriving each time. This past time, I even paid to have my order expedited. My order still has not shipped out. This will be the LAST order from me, unfortunately. Beautiful products - but at this rate, I should just order from some small sketchy site and receive my products in the same time frame as a site I believed to be “reputable”.
