Absolutely love!!! Just got my order of rings and the quality is so good! So much better than your typical fashion jewelry. Shipping took a little longer like their website says but honestly I get it now, there’s a reason and it’s because their product is in demand lol

The true definition of DISAPPOINTMENT! Like everyone else, I placed an order on the 14th of October and till this day I have not received it (it is November 7th). I had read about how long they took however I wasn’t prepared for the lack of communication. I must have sent about 10 emails, messages and everything you can think of. They don’t even have a telephone number. They emailed a tracking number that doesn’t give any update information. I called UPS and they have not received the package from the sender. I honestly can’t comprehend how you create a label, send a tracking number but not ship the actual order. Awful! Just awful! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They contacted me on 11/7 informing me that the order might be lost and will email me the next day with answers from the fulfillment team since it was never shipped. It’s the 13th of November and still nothing.

I am having the same issue as other reviews. I ordered several items on oct. 6 and it’s now October 28th and I have received nothing. A shipment label was created two weeks ago and has not moved. You get no response from customer service via email and there is no phone number to contact. I’m getting close to disputing the charges on my credit card because it seems like this company is a FRAUD!!

Hi Mayra, thank you for taking the time to connect with us and we're sorry to hear about your overall experience shopping with us. We always aim to be as transparent as possible with our shipping timelines (which do not include processing timelines) noted on our website's FAQ page, and unfortunately experienced unexpected delays in dispatching your orders. Please know, this is not the standard to expect in the future and we will be sure to share this feedback with the appropriate teams, so we can continue to improve on communicating order delay information with our customers. We do see that both of your shipments have since been delivered and should you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to follow up in your current email thread and one of our reps will be happy to assist you further.

Worst customer service experience ever... Well because there is NONE. Placed order on 10/07/23. By 10/17/23 had confirmed shipping label was created and ready to ship via Email from Alexa Kelley. As of today 10/27/23 it shows my package is still sitting waiting to be shipped. After 3 emails, with no response and no number to contact, I guess my package will just sit there until someone decides to give it to the carrier. Your customer service is awful! Y

I would give this company zero stars if possible. I placed an order on September 28th and here it is October 22nd, and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent three inquiries to their customer support and have not received a response. According to the tracking information they sent, shipping information was sent to USPS on October 4th, however there haven’t been any updates since then. I am beyond disappointed in this company, and am questioning their validity and integrity. I will NEVER order from this company again! NEVER!!!

i love shopping here and supporting a woman owned small business. Comments are very misleading. I have been shopping here for last 4 years. All my rings are in great condition and shine bright.

I am just appalled at the lack of communication, lack of professionalism from a business. I placed and order on August 10th thinking that my order would be shipped out within 3-5 business days as stated in their website and in the email I received after my purchase. I emailed on the 21st to check the status of my order, mind you I supplied my order number, and I got a response on the 25th asking me for my order number. What??? Anyway, I replied moments after receiving the email stating where my order number was in the email and supplying it once again. Today is September 2nd and I’ve yet to receive and email with an update. I requested to cancel my order. At this point I don’t want it. I want a refund, i want my money back. Had I read these reviews beforehand I would have never ordered from this company to begin with. People can’t even comment on the company’s Instagram page without comments being deleted.

Horrible company to buy from. Ordered 2 rings on 7/1/23 and STILL no delivery, although the website/order confirmation says 3-5 day delivery. Lack of response from customer service and the bogus tracking number provided shows no progress. Do not buy from this website.
Response from Alexa KelleyAug 17, 2023
Hi Lourdes, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. While we always aim to be as transparent as possible with our shipping timelines noted at checkout, we sincerely apologize for the delay of your order. Our Fourth of July sale brought in a high volume of orders, resulting in extended processing times. We can understand the frustration as this is absolutely not the standard to expect in the future. That said, we do see you've been in touch with our Customer Support Team and they have sent you the tracking information which shows the items were delivered on 8/11. Should you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to follow up in your current email thread and one of our reps will be able to assist from there.
