I am so sad to make such a review because I truly love the quality of their jewelry. However, their customer service response/engagement is not as high of a standard as that of their products. While I have ordered from them numerous times, the "delayed" shipping due to high volume started last year and has yet to be addressed or corrected. They will keep your money for expedited shipping, and will continue to offer it on their website but will not refund you that extra money nor will they credit your account. I really hope they get it together because the product is great, service is way below sub-par. P.S. I ordered a few items on 7/25, and still no response or shipping information was provided. :(

Odd experience to say the least.. The merchant never sent my order in the agreed upon time frame (3-5 days). After two weeks, I got an automated email the day before I needed the item (Valentine's Day) saying they are sorry it's been delayed. I responded asking for an update. No response. I responded twice more asking for an update, still no response. Every day I would check the order status and the delivery date would be pushed back with a notice saying "Your Order has not yet been Shipped". I contacted them 2 more times and received no response. I was sure this was a scam at that point so I immediately left two unfavorable reviews (one on trust pilot), to which they responded within SECONDS, flagging my review as harmful to get it taken down. Within a few days they sent the item with no apologies, no explanations and it arrived nearly a month late. Based on other reviews and this experience, I'd say they will probably never send your order (or maybe they will whenever they feel like it months later), unless you cause a scene and leave them negative reviews.

Is the jewelry I bought pretty? Yes, but not worth the price point I paid for it. A stone fell out of one of the rings within two times of wearing it. Save your money. Also, their return policy is crap.
