Never received the boots
I ordered a pair of boots on July 18, 2023. I reached out on July 26, 2023 to ask when my boots would ship. On August 1, 2023 their customer service team responded and said the boots would ship out on August 4, 2023 and I would receive them by August 7, 2023. It's now September 5, 2023 and I still haven't received the boots. Their customer service and sales teams have stopped replying to my emails. I'm afraid I will never receive the boots and I've wasted my time and money. Stay very far away from this company, as it appears to be a scam.

Dear Wei, Please note that while we advised your order was going to be shipped on August 4th, you have open a chargeback with your credit card on August 1st and therefore the full amount was actually deducted from us and currently is back to your credit card balance. We advise you to check on your credit card balance you should have the credit around August 1st. The order was not fulfilled because of the open chargeback and the product does not result as paid.
