Delivery was delayed two months. Zero proactive communications from the vendor. Completely missed the window for giving the gift it was supposed to be. Never processed the credit they were supposed to provide for the delay.

Very worrying experience. Looks like a fraud. Order num 7042 placed 27 Aug 2023. After 4 weeks and many unattended mails I requested refund of order. I have not yet received refund whilst they acknowledge they cannot serve the product and announced they were cancelling order over 3 weeks ago but I have not got my money back. No answer at all to my mails in the last weeks. 100% UNRELIABLE. Suspicion of fraud.

I sent back the boots as the company sent me a label, finally!! Still no refund or communication!!! BUYER BEWARE AS NO REFUND WAS GIVEN!!! This whole process has been exhausting!! Pls read my other reviews regarding this order!!!!

The boots Vasini sent to me were unfortunately much too small but until now I got no chance to return the delivery, I wrote an email how I could send the boots back but got no answer. Bad service, now I got a big problem because I spent about EUR 600,- for boots in a wrong size and don't know what to do with them.

I have never been more ignored as a customer. I have wanted to return a pair of jeans for 4 months now and they simply do not respond to my simple request for a returns label. It is disgusting given how expensive $$$ the jeans are. Disgraceful. Do not go to this company.

Ordered an $1800 leather jacket October 5. A week later emailed for an update on shipping and tracking. No response. Emailed again. No response emailed again and finally got a response that they’re so sorry for the delay and I’d have the jacket by Friday. On Friday I emailed again to no response . It’s now October 23, still no response, and no jacket. Terrible customer service that is completely unacceptable, specially from what’s supposed to be a luxury brand.
