The order took a long time to deliver but the products are of really good quality. Starting from the leather and the craftsmanship I have been really impressed. I think the service has to improve but I believe the company got some logistic issues this season. I was recommended by some friends and their orders arrived very quick so I am guessing is a temporary situation and most of their products are actually made to order. I hope they can get back to normal because they make some of the best boots in the market. Also their leather jackets and the other stuff they have is really nice. Hopefully they will be able to offer faster service but if you are willing to wait for the product I highly recommend.

After 3 months my boots arrived and they are F*n amazing! Im a bit ashamed of myself for having sent harassing emails demanding they be sent quicker. Spoiled american mentality! They arrived in perfect presentation and are exactly what I thought I was getting. I ordered keith boots and i was smart enough to go up a 1/2 size and they fit like a glove. Thank you and sincere apologies for being an ass in the process of receiving these.

I was pleased with my order. The website recommended I order a size down for my garment and that was accurate. My only suggestion is it would be nice to receive more email notifications updating me with the status of my order. Three weeks went by before hearing anything about my order being shipped out.

The boots are stunning! Love the shape, the leather is so beautiful and the craftsmanship is really outstanding. I got the Nico boots in black calfskin.

I couldn't highly recommend this company for quality!! Yes,from some rewiews I've read re:the costumer service,sometimes can take day or two they to reply, but they DO REPLY! I've ordered their Gloria jacket and is out of this world, honestly everything is Tops!!!! Costumer service was spot on and very helpful re the sizing. Thank you to all the stuff that help me for my jacket!
