Ordered (very expensive) boots almost a month ago and haven’t heard from them since. The money was taken off my credit card immediately. I wrote several e-mails but they do not get back to me. Don’t trust this company!

Le 13/02/2024 j'ai acheté une paire de boots, le prix en USD reste le même en Euros ou n'importe quellle autre monnaie, soyer averti. Nous sommes le 15/04/2024, je n'ai rien reçu, ils ne répondent à aucun mail, ni par insta et n'ont pas de téléphone. A fuire absolument.

I have been trying to contact customer service for weeks to ask about my order and have received no reply. I have emailed the sales department, service department, PR department, investors department and none of them reply. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

So I would NOT order from this company EVER. They do not honor their word and they do NOT give refunds. They take months to ship your item and if it does not work out claim it is too late to return them. They are not an honest company so I can only give the one star.

We are sorry you feel this way but we have already explained that since you had opened a dispute for this transaction after the order was already shipped we had to wait for the dispute to be closed. Does not deliver products, i have an order from over 8 months ago which had yet to be delivered , also customer support is not helpful with dolving any issue, and often simply doent respond. Dont spend your money with them, they will never send you anything

J'ai commandé une paire de bottes à près de 900 € le 9 novembre 2023 . La somme a été immédiatement débitée. Les chaussures trop grandes car elles taillent une pointure et demie plus grands ce qui n'est indiquée nulle part sont arrivées le 21decembre ! Depuis lors je souhaite un échange et réclame l'étiquette d'échange promise et on me balade de mails en mails (j'en suis au 35ème) . On me dit que je recevrai la bonne paire depuis le mois de janvier et nous sommes en avril dans quelques jours. De guerre lasse j'ai donc confié ce matin le dossier à la CEC Commission Européenne du consommateur car il s'agit d'une paire de boots chère , et surtout il s'git d'un beau mensonge

Terrible service. Nearly 8 weeks and boots have not been shipped. Have emailed several times and no response. Disgusting! If you are reading this respond asap. Legal action is in motion. Such a shame as the product is great !
