I placed 2 separate orders with 3 boots total. Paid them almost $2000 and been waiting for over 2 months without delivery. They lied and said that they have problem with supplies as their warehouse problem which caused damaged to boots category. This is a lied because this is the same excuse they told customers from beginning Spring of 2023. If the warehouse supplies damaged issue was true, by now they should have corrected the problem, because it is more than 1 year. I asked for cancellation and refund and they ignored and never responded after that. This is blatantly a fraudulent company. Do not buy anything from them because these boots don’t exist anymore. This is now a scam company. I’m considering filing with government agency to ban and take their website down to avoid and prevent more fraudulent victims.

I ordered an expensive pair of boots from Alessandro Vasini during the middle of January. It is now four months later and I have not received them. I have emailed Anna at sales at alessandrovasini dot com several times for a status update and cannot get any response. At first, the response was that she was going to check on the status and let me know. Now, I get no response at all. I’ve read other reviews where the order can take up to eight months to receive. I do not recommend ordering from this company. The product might be of great quality; however, they apparently have terrible logistics and customer service, at least when it comes to delivering orders in the United States. This is the worst online buying experience I’ve ever had.

VOLEUR!! Idem à bien d autre je vois... commande depuis février 2024 d une paire de boots à 560 euros toujours rien à ce jour. Reçu un mail pour dire qu'il y avait un pb de fab mais rien depuis... fuir. Je dénonce le site et vais faire pression sur les boutiques françaises pour leur porter atteinte.

My husband ordered boots for me as a birthday gift. After waiting almost two months, the boots arrived. The fit was too tight, so I contacted AV sales for a return. After almost two weeks, they provided return instructions. Two days later, I returned them using the directions and provided details at the USPS. Almost three months later, I have still not received a refund and do not have the boots. AV Sales support will not reply to my emails.

Ordered boots and had the money taken from my account on March 3rd. Still no boots in sight and no response to my multiple emails. Instagram says shop is no longer open. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Now almost 12 weeks since my order - no boots in sight nor any sort of communication that they may be on their way. Multiple emails, with very vague responses (if they do respond!). Overall a disappointing experience for an otherwise seemingly luxury brand.

My order of £400 took months to arrived after chasing for weeks. Once arrived the boots don’t fit even tho it’s my size. I have now emailed them for weeks and left them messages on social media about my return but no response apart from one email saying they do not give refunds to UK. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I’m stuck with my order that I can’t wear not get a refund. Don’t buy anything from them because if it don’t fit you can’t get a refund. When making comments on social media they just remove the posts

I ordered a pair of black boots on January of 2024. The company charged my account but has not shipped my boots yet. Buyer beware
