The quality of the boots is very good - it has to be as they are quite expansive. But it took them almost a month to ship my order. I was not informed about the delay.

Shoes are beautiful color; sizing is a little off, with tight fit at the heel and a little wide in the front, but a quarter size different; however, as I wear them and break them in, they are wonderful and the color is stunningly beautiful. Shipping was long ... even with this, they are unique and beautiful, I am going to order another pair.

I ordered a pair of jeans that I WANT SO MUCH !! On September 9th 2022 It is now October 4th 2022 & after several emails I have only received one response 3 weeks ago telling me that my order was delayed but would be delivered in two weeks that has come and gone and I have sent 3 emails since then and I have yet to receive an answer !! I just want my JEANS PLEASE !!' HELP Jackie Horvath Pittsburgh Pa

If an order is going to be delayed because you all are on vacation, it would be nice if you would let people know that before they start wondering where their order is.

Great quality and beautifully made. The only issue is the three pairs of boots all in a mens size 8, two pair are on the larger end of that and one pair is super tight, but they all say Men’s 8. Definitely smaller than an 8 and definitely larger than an 8. So if anything it would be nice to have better consistency with the sizing. That’s the only thing that makes me hesitant in purchasing another pair.

I don't know if it was because it was a leather product, or if it hit somewhere or because of the shaking during delivery, but there was a dented part.

The boots arrived. Alessandro Vassini redeemed themselves and got the shoes to me, apprising me in the 10 days of their progress. The boots are genuinely sexy. _____ I purchased the shoes nearly 2 weeks ago. They haven't arrived. I have sent you 2 emails and received no response. As it stands... you have my money (a great deal of it for a pair of shoes). I have no good. And no communication from yourselves. Please help me understand why I am bothering with this assessment?
