We are sorry the boots didn’t match your expectations. The boots is a piece of craftsmanship that is difficult to find in the market. It is a true handmade product, a true blake construction and your in particular is realized with a rich baby calf leather, vegetable tanned in Tuscany. It is soft and thin to fit like a glove but that is a choice that most of our customers love and does not make the boots less valuable. Instead is one of the feature that is most appreciated about our boots. The leather is absolutely of the best quality you can find around and we can guarantee you that if one of the brands you mentioned would make a boot like this it would be way more expensive. The creases might also be due by the boots being too big. We hope you may have the chance to analyze further the product to understand the real value of what you have purchased. Hello Jeffrey, The sunglasses were in preorder and production was delayed beyond our expectations. We are truly sorry for having you wait so long. However all the sunglasses collection is now ready from production and we are getting everything in our fulfillment center and prepare all shipments.
