Terrible return policy to Canada

There was no measurements readily available on the site to ensure a proper fit. Upon recieving the item I did not like how it fit so I returned it. I recieved no email confirming that it ever got there. Upon reaching out more than 2 weeks later. I have yet to receive my refund when I was promised to recieve it by the end of last week.

It’s been over a month and I still have not received my purchase. Have only received updates after my inquiries but never from Alessandro Vasini’s initiative. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Can’t imagine what can be taking so long if I got an email saying shipping label had been created on Nov 30. Wish I would at least get regular updates and know my order has not been lost of forgotten

Order still not shipped Poor customer service response

I have been waiting for over three weeks for my last purchase of boots to be shipped. Where as the quality and style of their boots are excellent their customer service is poor. This is likely the last time that I will order from them and I will let others know of my experience of purchasing from them.

I have not received my order I purchased on 11/25/22

I didn’t receive my package.

I order the boots in October. They were too large. I returned them and asked for an exchange. I was notified on 11/29/22 that my order was getting ready to ship. On 12/2/22 I was told my order was on its way. There is still no shipping information. This has taken two months????!!!! Unacceptable as you have had my money and I have no boots!
