I was a fan of my first purchase. I had to return something, and got store credit for around €380. After some time, I bought a second item (but wound up spending more as I only €380). The item I received did not fit. I contacted 7 times via email, website, instagram, and NO ONE has responded to me. Very disappointing experience, and highly do not recommend purchasing from this company.

I reached out to sales twice l to assist me with my recent order and no one responded. I ordered heels that were too high and asked to talk to someone about reducing the size - and no one responded and the boots arrived. It was an extremely disappointing experience. Regards, Craig

have written multiple times over the past weeks to get a return label- no help

No one responded to me and then I receive a email asking me to review the customer service?

I have tried to contact you several times because i need a return label for one of my two pairs, without success, This is not acceptable service.

Rude impolite staff behind the customer service, I returned my sunglasses because they where not straight on my head. I wanted to keep it for 50% discount. Not possible. I sended it back with dhl express. Never heard of them again. Didn't got my refund either!
