I’m so in love wiht my new boots, this actually was love at first sight when I found out about the brand through social media... At the begining I was a bit worried about delivery time since I live out of the US but I was visiting my family for vacation, so I purchased the boots and communicated to customer service and they got back to me right away making sure that I was going to get my boots before traveling back to South America, which is were I live... Customer service was very helpful before buying (I needed informations about sizing for a jacket) and after when I needed to know more detail about shipping. Patience is needed here, delivery can be as long as 4 weeks. It would be very helpful if the height of models and size worn were described on the website. Nice product quality
