Alert 360 did an excellent job when the keypad door lock was installed and the fire alarm system. They had previously installed a door bell camera and a drive way camera along with a complete security system. I am very appreciative of the excellent service.

The service tech was very polite!
The service tech was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He was very informative to the fixes he was doing and advised us to call for a future update we needed and explained that would not be a charge as well. Very pleasant experience!

Wesley, the tech, was friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. He was affable & diligent in solving & resolving our issues. Also he was clear & concise in his explanation of a necessary upcoming upgrade to a 5G system.
