I am so sorry I got tricked into signing up with this company. My monitor recently malfunctioned due to improper installation. Alert 360 was very rude in letting me know I could cancel the service, but they would still demand payment for the 25 months remaining on the contract. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I do not recommend long term contracts in general and advise against using this company in particular. My advice if you are looking for a home security system look for a company that offers a month to month contract.

Requested someone contact me to schedule appointment. Service man called to say he was 15 minutes from my house. No one had called me to schedule an appointment! Learned from technician over phone that problem is likely that internal modem on alarm needs to be upgraded to 4G. Have had problems with my alarm for months and they kept telling me it was my house modem.
