Very secure, professional and gets the job done. I've had Alert360 since about 2016 and their equipment is professional and I haven't had any equipment failures. The Tech Support is hands on in helping you resolve problems over the telephone so to avoid you getting a service charge. They are not looking for "deep" pockets. All my equipment is under warranty and if a service technician has to come out all I pay is $25.00. Their rates are very fair too. I have recently had 2 service techs come to install new equipment and charged me $0. Alert360 will give you no less than "White Glove" service. If you are looking for the best security company in the industry you will not go wrong by calling Alert360.

My system needed to be updated. Technicians TREVOR MERRITT , arrived promptly and reset and tested my alarm system. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Trevor is an asset to the Alert 360. He also check the contacts on the windows and replaced several signs.

Jim Cassi had only stopped by to drop off new signs but he was willing to check the issues I was having with my alarm system. Batteries were replaced, unneeded equipment deleted and everything back in working condition quickly and efficiently.
