Technician was great! Installation went smoothly, he was very knowledgeable about the system and how everything worked. He ensured we had all the info we needed and were set up & ready to go before he left. Our entire expert was great! The technician was very knowledgeable on my system and updated any things that needed updating and checked everything to make sure we were on all working systems felt very safe and comfortable after he left.

Kinard, the service tech, was prompt, courteous and professional. Due to my fault, he repaired the panel display in record time, changed out 1 motion detector and 2 sensors all without cost. He even deleled a Go-Bridge device not need as a result of upgrading my system, again at no extra cost. Most importantly I have never had a false alarm as police and fire departments responed when needed. Alert 360 has the BEST equipment and services I have ever had and has never nickledor dimed me to death. This is a licensed a very professional operating company.

I had never heard of AC 360 or Central which it’s also known as until I commenced my research for Alarm monitoring companies. I never knew there were so many. I had at least two separate companies come out prepared to set up a system and wasn’t anything near to what was advertised. I began to become frustrated with such a simple task. I decided careful consideration and prudence must be given to a company I can trust by name, my reputation, and their product their trying to sale and market. So I took another step back and started all over again interviewing company representatives and their products. No more over the phone, or through the mail or sending information via electronic means. So after interviewing four, I made a decision to go with AC 360. They knew their product; they reassured me that what I was shown is what I was going to receive and all steps involved in the process. They assured me they will continue to be there even after the system is installed. They aren’t satisfied until I was satisfied and comfortable using the system. They even suggested dead spots or blanks spots that I might have not considered or thought about. They are the #1 smart home Alarm monitoring company and system to go with. It’s a system that’s ahead of current technology systems. You don’t have to worry about your system being out-of-date in three or four year’s because they stay ahead and on top of current technology trends. Great company!!!!!
