As always Isreal got my problem fixed…
As always Isreal got my problem fixed in just a few minutes. It was a loose wire on a keypad that had been installed years before. Isreal put his booties, rubber gloves and mask on before coming in. Thanks again!!!!

Kevin was awesome
Kevin was awesome! He observed all the precautions/social distancing recommendations for COVID19. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me how to optimize my cameras. I appreciate all his hard work and Alert 360's dedication to it's customers during this trying time.

Excellent Experience!!
The tech Isreal was extremely knowledgeable and professional! During this time of COVID 19, he wore his face mask and gloves, maintained social distancing yet still remained very approachable and understanding. He upgraded my system and gave me a very thorough tutorial on how to use it. It was a great experience.

Great service
Great service, came the same day. They did just what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t want or need. A big name alarm company was going to charge me a lot more when it wasn’t necessary. I’m glad I found Alert 360.

Frank was great.
Frank was great. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything with our upgraded system. We are retired and not the most knowledgeable when it comes to technology but this system is easy and he made sure we would not have any issues.

Above and beyond
Working with Nick has been a pleasure. He is so thorough. I had a myriad of issues with my existing security system, but he didn't give up. Instead, he returned with a solution in mind. He has impeccable customer service skills, especially given the heightened anxiety around COVID-19. The Anaheim office rocks!

Mario is the best
Mario is the best! Looking out for the customer and the company by providing superb service. Knowledgeable, efficient and providing easy to understand explanations. We were also very impressed with his COVID19 precautions.
