Alert 360 has provided me with excellent customer service.
Alert 360 has provided me with excellent Technical Support, as well as sending technicians to solve my issues. They observed all the precautions/social distancing recommendations for COVID19. Melvin and Richard were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Alert 360!!!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Appointment was scheduled quickly, technician Arrived at the beginning of my 4 hour “window,” and called to let me know he was on the way. Daniel was thorough, professional, and courteous. (Also masked and gloved- thank you!) Great job!

Kimble Prime was extremely helpful when walking me through what I would need in order to feel safe in my home after a serious of events had taken place. The installer Ryan Lemmons was professional, courteous, prompt, and informative. Thank you so much for allowing me to regain a sense of security again.
