Rody is AWESOME!!!
Rody is AWESOME!!!! Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He did a service call on my home several years ago-- when I saw him -- I knew I would be alright. He remembered me as well-- I felt comfortable and knew my issues would be taken care of Thanks again Rody and Alert 360 -- YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!

Rick, did a good job explaining things and making sure everything worked before leaving. He even changed a battery for one of the motion sensor that we didn’t even know was low. Above all he reminded Us of one important thing, Rick we can’t thank you enough. We been with this company for 7 years and We happy with them.

Brad is the Man
Brad is the Man! He always helps us with determining the ideal placement for cameras and even told us that our doorbell was broken and made sure the team had a new one ready when returned to work on the back cameras! He is a super cool dude and gets the work done quickly but takes time to walk us through the process. Thanks Brad!

Great Customer Service
We have been very pleased with the customer service provided by your technician Minh. He replaced our electronic front door lock after we were getting false “low battery” email messages from Alert 360.

Great experience with the 360 Team
Great experience with the 360 Team! Had a door sensor start to randomly malfunction. From the technical support over the phone to the technician that came to my house and replaced the sensor. Every member was polite, prompt and understanding. I have been with a few alarm companies but really felt well taken care of by Alert 360, great job!
